Yuku free message boards

I know the board has become dead for a couple of reasons, For #one, I see that not only has one of the best Mods the board ever had has passed away, leaving a big hole where the Car of the Month Contest was, and # two, the COTM contest it's self is gone to nothing, and #three, the cheepRadio Shack XMods are pretty much been taken off the market except for a couple body style that are avalible. Besides, the Xmods at the store didn't cost all that much but after you got them home and ran them a few times they didn't end-up being so cheep because you had to get all of the aluminum parts it wasn't cheep at all. LOL The last reason that I can see why its so dead is that I bet there hasen't been very many of these old Xmoders that are calling the place dead haven't been to the site's front page or seen the catalog where you can see all of the new cars and stuff they are starting to carry!!!!!! I went and checked out the catalog and I was supprised.

Okay, they are still have got allot of mini and micro stuff!! but after all thats what they do isn't it??!!! Have you see the new 1/24th /Slash/ 1/28th scale "Race" Cars they have??? I just love the "TGR Sinister" and I own a 1/5th scale Gasoline Powered Car LOL.. The price is just a bit much but when some of these Xmods were going for a couple hundred bucks this car doesn't seem so bad to me, espesially when one servo on my 5th scale cost the same price LOL. I'n fact I just hope the TGR Sinister's aren't out of stock before I can save up enough money to get one!!!!!

rsx19, Yea I suppose you are partially right, the ones that joined are all older now, even this old Cuss has had a couple b-days while I have been a member here, LOL. What you say just maybe a fact, but the problem still seems to be that "some" of the ones that are older now still seem to act and post the "Ba.Ba Ba.Boring" stuff just like they did when they where children.
Maybe the reason it is so boring is that no one will post anything.

Instead of posting krap, post something about what you are doing to keep busy? Many of the people here would rather just hear about something that you or the other members are doing these days to keep busy. A lot of us would just like to hear what our friends that we met here are doing these days. Even if it has to do with what you are doing at work or in school or what you just got for your new car whether it be a RC car, a real car, or a plastic model of a car we would like to hear just about anything else you are doing.
The Drivers Corner was created so we do not have to talk only about RC's or Xmods wasn't it? I know you could probably care less what I post, but I for one enjoy reading most all of the posts here. I may not reply to very many of them but more times than not. If I do not post about a certain topic, it is usually because I don't know enough about the subject of the thread to post. So, instead of posting something I don't know all the facts about, I would rather not post at all.

I for one like to read many of the threads that our younger members post. Most of the time, I may not know what these youngsters are talking about due to the age differences between me most of the other members here that is. That doesn't mean that because I am an old person that I am against what you guys are posting, or that I don't like to hear about want you guys like to do for fun.
