How much power does AWD take?

Posts: 281 (11/24/08 17:04:49) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	hmm, varies depending on drivetrain, carbon fiber, bearings, and other things such as that, you lose very little, while if it is bushings, stock driveshaft, and plastic axels you can lose about 25-30% when installed badly. however if you are curious try it, if you don't like it you can always take it off. I'm trying to get Aluminum front shaft and axles, one of the plastic cups broke on my RS front shaft, I glued it back together with zap a gap but it broke again I glued it back together and swaped it with the one from the rear and it seems to be staying together, I think that's because my rear shaft is using a ball diff which doesn't put as much pressure on the shaft, while the front is using a locked diff.
