i think its cause i ran too high of a motor on stock fets.. everything else works except forward.... just replace fets??

Most likely, yep. But you'll need to stack them or get an external replacement like V2.2, nelly, spider, etc if you don't want to blow them again.
You may or may not be able to see damage on the FET chips or smell a burning electronics smell localized there. If you do, it's a good indication that's the problem. If you don't, it's probably still the problem, but just fried internally. |

i did the same thing and it looks like i fryed the fet. i have a spare mother board with some fets that i will try to remove and swap

You're better off just buying some new replacement FET's, rather than take them off of another board. I'm not casting doubts, but it takes
extraordinary soldering skills to swap FET's from another board without damaging the FET's and/or the board(s).
